The Explorers of the Universe project spans the
country. Its central location is in Nashville, Tennessee (A), where
Tennessee State University is located. Also in Nashville is the
University School
of Nashville, Davidson Academy, and Hunters
Lane High School. In the desert Southwest not far from Mexico, at
Washington Camp, Arizona is the Fairborn Observatory. The Fairborn
Observatory serves as the data collection point for data that is
analyzed by the students . On the East Coast is Thomas
Jefferson High School for Science and Technology
in Alexandria, Virginia, and George
Washington High School Campus in New York
City.
South Carolina State University is located in Orangeburg
and Western Kentucky University is located in Bowling Greeen, Kentucky.
