Jake Smith

 

Jake Smith is a computer consultant and Internet specialist with Tennessee State University's Center of Excellence in Information Systems Engineering and Management in Nashville, Tennessee. Among other things, he creates web pages, computer-based presentations, and programsusing C++ and Microsoft Visual Basic. Jake also performs other tasks such as advising on and handling computer purchases, providing Internet training, and otherwise filling in where needed.

Jake lives in Nashville with his wife, Novelist and Vanderbilt University Professor A. Manette Ansay. During his free time he works. Occasionally he manages to break away for a bit of caving (which Dr. Alvarez thinks is a bad idea) or mountain biking. More can be learned by viewing his homepage.
