The University School of Nashville

The University School of Nashville (home page) was the first school to join the Explorers of the Universe Project. Science teacher Bill Rodriguez is the prime contact at the school. Bill's astronomy classes have begun initial work in evaluating data collected from variable stars. With data supplied from TSU Astronomer Greg Henry, the students have discovered that one star previously believed to not vary in brightness, actually does vary. This star has previously been used as a reference star."
