SOME BACKGROUND ISSUES ON THE "DIGITAL DIVIDE"
The presentation entitled "The Digital Divide, African
American Students, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities - the
problem, the challenge, and the solution respectively" provided the baseline for

Suggested issues to be covered at our 'digital divide" conferences that are, or should be, of potential interest to top level management at HBCUs (i.e., presidents, chancellors, and other key administrators) are warmly welcomed.
